On November 2, Viña Concha y Toro was once again recognized as Chilean Company of the Year during the annual industry dinner organized by Chile’s manufacturers’ association, Sofofa. With 1,300 business people in attendance, President Sebastián Piñera awarded the prize to Concha y Toro’s management team.

“Our origins as a company are in Chile and, from here, we have taken important steps that have allowed us to become the first global Chilean brand,” said the company’s president, Alfonso Larraín.

The judges highlighted the company’s globalization, its business model which is an example for the national viticulture industry, and its contribution to the economy by creating new jobs throughout Chile.
